There\nare many methods being used to enter into the process of meditation and\ncontacting our soul. Some may find this\neasy, but for many others, it is tedious work. Nevertheless, I am presenting as\nfood for thought the concept of alignment and attunement, that may help seekers\nin their quest for truth. For those people who may feel that these ideas are\nnot acceptable to their understanding, we suggest to put them aside, and in\ntime they may resonate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
For\nsome, the spiritual work of meditation comes easily, but for many others, it is\nstill a blurry and hazy idea, because it is something that only the psyche of a\nperson can truly grasp. Through analogy I will try to describe the difference\nof alignment and attunement as they relate to meditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alignment\nis getting the best signal, while attunement is getting the best reception,\nloud and clear. For example, if your internet connection is wired by fiber optics,\nthe connection is good. This is connecting with alignment. When your connection\nis through a satellite then you have to find the best position your antenna to\nhave a good signal. The same thing applies to AM, FM and satellite radios. We\nfind that the reception of lower frequencies radios is more distorted than those\nof higher frequencies. Once we are on the right station, or aligned, the\ninstrument must be \u201ctuned in\u201d, or attuned, to get the best reception. The\nquality of the instrument, the radio, the TV or the computer would help\ndetermine the quality of the reception or attunement. This analogy illustrates\nthis idea for the physical plane. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But\nin the spiritual plane, how can someone find a good connection and good\nreception for meditation? How does a person connect and eventually communicate with\nhis\/her higher being to the God within? What are the ingredients to attain good\ncontact and communication to our soul and to the Great beings of Spiritual Hierarchy?\nAttention, focus<\/em> and the bodies<\/em> or the vehicles of the person (physical, emotional and mental bodies<\/em>) are\ninstruments to attain clarity of perception and have a great role in\ncommunicating with the spiritual beings and for \u201csurfing\u201d the spiritual world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Where\nshould we place our attention to be connected or aligned, and why? Our\nconnection to the spiritual world is our soul. The location of this soul in the\nphysical body is seated in the pineal gland, and is directly connected to the\nsource of the all the energy in our solar system which is the sun. It is the\nsun that gives life and energy for the entire planet. If you take away the sun,\nthe whole solar system would cease to exist. Just as our body is a vehicle for\nour soul, the stars and planets are ensouled by great beings of intelligence, far\nbeyond the comprehension of the human mind. The great ensouling being of the\nphysical sun in our solar system is Amon Ra. Amon Ra, the Solar Logos, is a beautiful\nbeing which is the giver of all the energy in all kingdoms and realms of\nexistence, as well as the creator and source of the life streams though out the\nsolar system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When\nwe focus our attention on our soul brightly shinning in the pineal gland, we\nconnect and align to our true self, or to our soul. This soul is directly\nconnected to the spirit, the spark of light, the life stream that is coming\nfrom Amon Ra our Solar Logos. By focusing our attention to our soul, spirit and\nto Amon Ra (the sun) we will eventually receive a good and vibrant connection,\nor alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How\ncan a simple layman can start to do this without entering into a sophisticated\nmeditation process? Regardless of your religious or spiritual beliefs, it helps\nto take a moment to imagine that the light of your soul, located in the middle\nof your head, is directly connected to the sun. To assist in this process, you\nmay want to go outside, into the sun, as you imagine the rays of the sun\nconnecting to your soul, lighting up your whole body, and permeating every\nmolecular structure of your entire being. However, even if you aren\u2019t able to\ngo out, it can help to remember that the prana, or energy of the sun, is always\naround us, regardless of where you are. This connection doesn\u2019t need to last\nlong. However, it helps if you can remember this connection and have gratitude\nto the sun for its life sustaining energy, as often as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n While\ndoing the connection or alignment, your bodies (physical, emotional and mental\nbodies) are slowly resonating to the higher frequency of your soul. This is\nalso a process of healing and purifying coarse energies of your body into a\nfiner frequency that you may utilize in attunement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\nhelps to remember that in attunement, you are refining a new body that may\nresonate to your soul and spirit. It is like switching from your AM radio into\nFM radio to Satellite radio which offers a clearer sound and better reception.\nIn doing this, the instrument has to be upgraded. It is same thing with\ncommunication with the soul, the spirit and with the Spiritual Hierarchy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n A\ncontinuous focus and attention to our soul and to Amon Ra, the sun is the way\nof refining the frequency of our bodies to resonate to our true being. Of course,\nthis will not happen in one night but each step forward will bring us closer to\nour destination until our feet stand on the ground of the spiritual world of\nthe soul. The willingness of the personality to give way and function as a\nvehicle or instrument for the soul is important for the soul to take control of\nthe personality and become a soul infused personality. This is the third\ninitiation of the lower mysteries and first initiation of the higher mysteries.\nThis is the state where the power of the soul begins to manifest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Attunement\nis resonating your body or vehicle to the soul frequency, and therefore hearing\nand seeing the soul\u2019s world; hearing the voice of silence. The soul and spirit are\nthe intelligent part of us that knows the solution to all our problems, knows\nthe number of hairs on our head and knows the future, the past and the present,\nrestoring the cosmic memory inherent within. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The\nfinal goal of alignment and attunement is soul liberation: the reign of the soul\nover the personality; the beginning of the soul liberated society in the coming\nera of the New Golden Age.
